DESCRIPTION
This project aims to improve the dynamic therapeutic formulary (DTF) search functionality by transforming its user experience from its current PDF format into a more user-friendly conversational user interface (UI). The goal is to enable users to quickly search the DTF formulary items to provide an intuitive experience that encourages plan members to engage and be educated with the formulary more efficiently.
The project was powered by ccRobot.ai to employ artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing(NLP) and machine learning (ML) features for a more accurate, faster search and the ability to maintain and personalize all workflows / content. Ultimately, this initiative enabled users to easily find which tier their medication falls under by interacting with the formulary in a more natural and intuitive manner.
